Test detach

Check that detaching of Ethernet device is successful

  1. Initialization EAL, preparing Ethernet device state for test

  2. Stop the port iut_port

  3. Close the port iut_port

  4. Detach the iut_pci_fn_test from the port test_port

  5. Make sure the port is reported as detached
