Query Redirection Table of RSS

Make sure that it is possible to query Redirection Table of RSS

  1. Prepare Ethernet device configuration

  2. Check if required number of Rx queues is supported

  3. Prepare ethdev_state Ethernet device state for test using nb_rx_queues queues for set up a receive queue

  4. Refresh device info to pick up RSS reta size changes

  5. Query Redirection Table of RSS

  6. Check that the RETA is table with all zeros if ethdev_state is INITIALZED or table with a periodic sequence of numbers from 0 to nb_rx_queues - 1
