Query Redirection Table of RSS

Make sure that it is possible to query Redirection Table of RSS

1. Prepare Ethernet device configuration

2. If ethdev_state > TEST_ETHDEV_INITIALIZED :

   • Check if required number of Rx queues is supported

3. Prepare ethdev_state Ethernet device state for test using nb_rx_queues queues for set up a receive queue

4. If ethdev_state != TEST_ETHDEV_INITIALIZED :

   • Refresh device info to pick up RSS reta size changes

5. Query Redirection Table of RSS

6. Check that the RETA is table with all zeros if ethdev_state is INITIALZED or table with a periodic sequence of numbers from 0 to nb_rx_queues - 1

ethdev_state	The state of Ethernet device Possible values: INITIALIZED, CONFIGURED, RX_SETUP_DONE, TX_SETUP_DONE, RXTX_SETUP_DONE, STARTED, STOPPED, CLOSED, DETACHED
