persistence on state transition

The test gets dev_info in initialized state and then check that it remains the same in all other states

  1. Initialize EAL, preparing of init_ethdev_state Ethernet device state, and get information about Ethernet device

  2. Check device information at all states after init_ethdev_state

    • Get information about Ethernet device

    • Check that it remains the same
