  1. Create testpmd job

  2. Start the job

  3. Attach doorbells filters

  4. Retrieve link speed from running testpmd

  5. Initialize Tx and Rx statistics

  6. Retrieve Tx stats from running testpmd

  7. Check and log measurement results
