Get MTU test

Check the successful getting of MTU on different device states

1. Initialize EAL, preparing of ethdev_state Ethernet device state

2. Get current MTU on port iut_port

3. Logging of the obtained MTU

The state of Ethernet device Possible values: INITIALIZED, CONFIGURED, RX_SETUP_DONE, TX_SETUP_DONE, RXTX_SETUP_DONE, STARTED, STOPPED, CLOSED, DETACHED
