Test Rx queue interrupts

Check that Rx interrupts can be controlled independently for different Rx queues

1. Prepare initialized Ethernet device state.

2. Configure the device with two Rx queues and Rx interrupts.

3. Start the device.

4. Ensure that interface is UP on Tester side.

5. Prepare the packet template.

6. Register interrupts from both Rx queues.

7. Check an Rx interrupt from each queue.

   • Enable the interrupt on the target Rx queue.

   • Send a packet to the target Rx queue.

   • Wait for an Rx interrupt.

   • Disable the interrupt on the target Rx queue.

   • Receive the packet from the target Rx queue.

8. Check independent interrupt control for Rx queues.

   • Enable interrupts on both Rx queues.

   • Disable the interrupt on the target Rx queue.

   • Send a packet to the Rx queue with disabled interrupt.

   • Check that no Rx interrupt is received.

   • Receive the packet from the Rx queue with disabled interrupt.

   • Send a packet to the Rx queue with enabled interrupt.

   • Wait for an Rx interrupt.

   • Disable the interrupt on the Rx queue.

   • Receive the packet from the Rx queue.
