Convert two parallel links configuration to non-parallel

  1. Move the second tester interface to separate network namespace pass traffic between tester interfaces via IUT.

  2. Enable IPv4 forwarding on IUT interfaces.

  3. Enable IPv6 forwarding on IUT interfaces.

  4. Add IPv4 routes on TST to route traffic via IUT.

  5. Add IPv6 routes on TST to route traffic via IUT.

  6. Dump configuration to logs.
