Test Suite prologue

Prepare configuration.

  1. Remove empty networks from configuration.

  2. Reserve all resources specified in network configuration.

  3. Load (or reload) required kernel modules.

  4. Bind net drivers to IUT and TST explicitly, because we can't rely on the driver to do this automatically.

  5. Update network configuration to use interfaces instead of PCI functions.

  6. Bring all used interfaces up.

  7. Delete previously assigned IPv4 addresses.

  8. Allocate and assign IPv4 addresses to be used by tests.

  9. Allocate and assign IPv6 addresses to be used by tests.

  10. Dump configuration to logs.

  11. Collect and log TRC tags.
