Building tapi_job
tarpc_job.x.m4 must be added to the list of rpcdefs (along with other required rpcdefs) using TE_LIB_PARAMS directive in builder configuration file:
TE_LIB_PARMS([rpcxdr], [], [], [--with-rpcdefs=tarpc_job.x.m4,someother.x.m4])
