Contributing to TE
==================

TE is developed against its own test suite and its own documentation build,
and both are expected to pass before a change is submitted.  ``CONTRIBUTING.md``
in the source root is the authority on commit message format, the required
trailers and the review process; the pages below cover the two things a change
has to keep working.
