Setting interface DOWN
======================

Check that network interface can be set DOWN.

Scenarios: X3-ST06.



#. If **check_socket** is ``TRUE``, create UDP socket on IUT and its peer on Tester. Check that data can be sent and received over the IUT socket.

#. Set the IUT network interface DOWN.

#. Wait for a while and check that interface is reported as being DOWN in configuration tree.

#. If **check_socket** is ``TRUE``, check that new data can now be neither sent nor received via the IUT socket.
